What if the program shows an error?


If for some reason fails to run (error message or restart your computer), you will need to contact Carambis support team.

You should attach a screen shot. 

Please follow these steps:


1. Be sure that error message is shown on the screen;

2. Click PrtSc on your keyboard;

3. Open MSPaint (Start-Programs-Accessories-MsPaint);

4. Simultaneously press Ctrl  and V  or select from the menu tab, Edit - Paste;

5. Save image in PNG.


To send information about the error, go to www.carambis.ru/bugreport.html and attach the image to the post, as well as fill in all required fields of the contact form.
